What we collect
When you sign up for updates, request a beta seat, apply for a role or send us a note, we store the email address you give us, the persona you select, any message or file you attach, and the page you submitted from. Browsing the site itself does not require an account.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send occasional product updates you asked for, to run beta programmes, and to review job applications. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Music and creative data
Where a product processes creative material — sessions, stems, masters, release metadata — that material belongs to you or your rights holders. We process it to deliver the feature you invoked and to maintain the digital thread of credits and rights. We do not use your private, unreleased material to train models for other customers.
Sharing and processors
We use a small number of infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage and email delivery. They process data on our instructions only. If we are ever legally compelled to disclose information, we will tell you unless we are prohibited from doing so.
Retention
Lead and enquiry records are kept while the conversation is useful and reviewed periodically. Job applications and attachments are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted unless you ask us to keep them on file.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time from the link in any email. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to support@ainsemble.com, and we will act on it within thirty days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep the site working and, where enabled, aggregate privacy-respecting usage counts. No third-party advertising trackers.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will note the change on this page and, where the change affects you directly, tell you by email.
