Using this site
You may browse, read and share this site freely. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute unlawful material.
Your content stays yours
Nothing here transfers ownership of your music, lyrics, recordings, artwork or metadata. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store and process what you submit so the feature you asked for can run.
Betas and pre-release products
Products marked Beta, Q3 or Q4 are pre-release. They may change, break or be withdrawn, and roadmap dates are intentions rather than commitments. Do not rely on a pre-release product as your only copy of anything.
Accounts and access
Where an account is issued, you are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
Fees
Paid plans, where offered, are described at the point of purchase. Pricing shown on this site is indicative until confirmed in an order or agreement.
Intellectual property
The Ainsemble and Aincore names, the digital-thread architecture and the software are ours or our licensors'. Patents are noted in the footer. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the software.
Warranties and liability
The site and pre-release products are provided as they are, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.
